Plan and teach 45-minute lessons for math small group instruction focusing on pre-teaching upcoming math content to strengthen students’ math skills and confidence to participate in whole group setting.
Provides push-in assistance during math instruction, working alongside classroom teacher to support students.

Developed and implemented lessons for a class of 22 students across core academic subject areas.
Differentiated instructional rotations for four 5th grade classes teaching electricity, listening comprehension skills, and area and perimeter.
Attended school-based meetings, including professional development, family teacher conferences, team meetings and IEP/504 meetings to find new strategies to best support students' growth.
Incorporated diverse cultures, backgrounds and identities in the classroom by introducing greetings and farewells in different languages and providing windows and mirrors for students to learn about themselves and others.

Explored district curriculum and supporting programs including I-Ready, Zearn, Eureka Math, and Epic! to best aid a classroom of 18 students in navigating material and program platforms.
Worked with students one on one on a weekly basis to help classroom teachers assess and collect student data on reading comprehension skills.

Conducted running records of focus children in order to help teachers assess and track students developmental progress in areas such as fine motor, and gross motor.
Supported 13 preschool aged students in daily classroom routines and procedures by implementing Bingham and Ruler curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices to ensure the needs of students’ safety and engaged learning.
